Restaurateurs first. . . not just “airport operators”

We (Cheri, Rob and Cindy Cernak) are about as experienced owners as they come. We grew up in the family business and all donned aprons and uniforms, rolled up our sleeves and did whatever was needed to get the job done. When Richard and Rose retired in the 1990’s, we were already seasoned veterans in the restaurant industry.

In 2006 we formed CRC Restaurants, Inc., an ACDBE currently certified in the states of Maryland and Pennsylvania, to focus on airport dining. Since then, we have been applying what our years of experience have taught us about good, old fashioned customer service to the needs of travelers with much success. In addition to owning Obrycki’s and R&R Seafood Bar, we are also working in partnership with Bottega S.p.A. to develop Bottega Prosecco Bar in U.S. Airports.
